Ingredients
1⁄4 cup light cream cheese
1 tspCajun Fries Seasoning orCheesy Fries Seasoning
1 egg, optional
2 tbsp ketchup or barbecue sauce
1 tbspBeef & Steak Seasoning
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground beef
6 burger buns
Toppings (optional): lettuce, grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Stir cream cheese with fries seasoning. Divide into 6 nuggets, then place in freezer.
Meanwhile, whisk together egg (if using), ketchup, and Burger Seasoning. Mix in beef. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 12 skinny patties.
Remove cheese mixture from freezer. Place a cheese nugget in the centre of each of 6 patties. Cover with remaining patties. Press each around the edges to seal, making 6 large patties.
Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat with lid closed for 5 minutes. Flip patties and continue grilling for 3–4 minutes.
Toast buns, if desired. Tuck burgers into buns with additional toppings, if desired.

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast fillets, about 16 pieces
2 tbsp mayonnaise or 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 pkgCrispy & Crunchy Coating Mix (Pack of 3)
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add chicken and mayo; toss to coat.
Place coating mix in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add chicken one piece at a time, rotating and pressing mix on both sides of chicken to coat.
In two batches, place chicken in single layer in basket, leaving some space between each piece.
Cook 8–10 min, flipping halfway through using tongs, or until golden and cooked through.

1 tbsp ketchup
1⁄4 cup white or apple cider vinegar
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets, about 16 pieces
1 pkgCrispy & Crunchy Coating Mix (Pack of 3)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F. Place two Cooling Racks on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner; lightly brush racks with oil to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp seasoning, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Place coating mix and remaining 1 tbsp seasoning in a shallow dish; mix to combine. Using tongs or your hands, add chicken pieces one at a time, rotating dish and pressing mixture on chicken fillets to coat.
Place chicken fillets on racks, leaving some space between each piece. Bake 18–20 min until golden and cooked through.

2 slices French bread
1⁄4 cupBéarnaise Sauce
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush with oil.
In a large bowl, combine beef with egg, breadcrumbs, and rub. Form into two patties.
Grill patties with lid closed, 4–5 min per side, until cooked through. While the patties are cooking, grill bread 1 min per side.
Top each bread slice with Salisbury steak patty. Drizzle each patty with 2 tbsp of sauce.
